Unlock the potential of a beautifully aligned smile as we customize SureSmil® clear braces to sculpt the confident, radiant look you desire. Invite more confidence in your life—because every smile is unique, and so is our approach to perfection.

Overcrowding

One of the most common dental problems is overcrowding of teeth in the mouth. The overcrowding can be identified just by looking into the mouth. You can see twisted teeth, overlapped teeth, and high-fang teeth (above the rest of the teeth). The SureSmile® invisible aligners gradually reposition the teeth, providing a discreet and convenient alternative to traditional braces.

Crossbite

When the upper and lower teeth do not align together correctly due to habits that pressure the teeth, growth delays, bone structure problems, or genetics, the condition is preferred to crossbite. In crossbite, some of the upper teeth fit inside the lower teeth, while some teeth fit outside the lower teeth. SureSmile® clear braces can treat the problem of arranging the teeth in similar alignment.

Underbite

A bit different than crossbite, underbite is the situation when your lower front teeth extend out when it's closed. Your chin may appear longer with this malocclusion. The situation may appear problematic, causing pain, discomfort in opening and closing the mouth, difficulty in biting, and discomfort in speaking. SureSmile® clear aligners treatment can be a perfect solution for underbite.

Overbite

Similar to the underbite, if you can see only 50% of the lower teeth when closing your jaw, then the situation is called overbite. Overbite is a dental problem that can be treated with aligners. An invisible aligner/clear aligner can be used to avoid those bright metal braces which may give you irritation to sensitive teeth and gums.

Open Bite

You can see spaces between the upper and lower teeth when enclosed. There are 2 causes for an open bite - skeletal or dental, and sometimes the reason could be both. SureSmile® Clear aligners offer a consistent ability to intrude maxillary molars while concurrently preserving the vertical alignment of lower molars.

Gapped Teeth

The most common cause of the gapped teeth is the fraenum that attaches the top lip to the upper gum from the inside. The fraenum separates the teeth. That's when you smile in front of the mirror, and you see a noticeable gap between your teeth.

FAQs

Have a question not answered? Our customer service team is here to help.

Do SureSmile®aligners actually work?

Yes, SureSmile®aligners work 30% faster than metal braces. Because they require fewer adjustments, results can be seen within 13 months, depending on the dental cases. SureSmile®aligners treatment works faster and is more affordable.

Are aligners better than braces?

Aligners can address and treat most of the cases, but sometimes it depends. Doctors may recommend braces rather than aligners in cases like severe crookedness.

Is SureSmile® more expensive?

SureSmile® clear aligner treatment costs are similar to the traditional braces when compared. Treatment costs may range from $3,500 to $8,000, which depends on the complexity of the cases.

Who should not get clear aligners?

Clear aligners may not be suitable for individuals with complex orthodontic issues or severe misalignments. Those with inadequate compliance or commitment to wearing the aligners consistently may also find this treatment less effective. Additionally, individuals with certain dental conditions or insufficient tooth surfaces for proper attachment may not be ideal candidates for clear aligners. It's crucial to consult with a doctor to determine the most suitable treatment based on individual oral health and alignment needs.

What teeth are hardest to move with clear braces?

Generally, molars, especially the third molars (wisdom teeth), can be more resistant to movement. These back teeth have larger and more robust roots, making them harder to shift. Additionally, teeth with previous dental work, such as crowns or bridges, might pose challenges as the aligners rely on the tooth surface for movement. However, advancements in SureSmile®invisible aligner technology and treatment planning have improved the ability to address a variety of tooth movements, and the effectiveness can vary based on individual cases.
